      FAQ

      • How do I share a list with someone? Open the list you want to share. On KaiOS, press the left softkey (labelled "Share"). On a smartphone or computer, tap the share icon in the top-right corner of the list. You can then send the link by text or email. Anyone who opens the link will have the list added to their app automatically.
      • What do you do with my email? We only use your email to send you a one-time sign-in code. We don't store your email address in our database — once the code is sent, we don't keep a copy of it.
      • Where is my data stored? Your lists are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a trusted cloud platform used by millions of apps and businesses worldwide.
      • How long is my data kept? Your data is automatically deleted after 1 year of inactivity on your account.
      • What other data do you collect? We store the IP address each request came from, a random device identifier, and some technical headers provided by AWS. This is standard for any online service and is used only for security and troubleshooting.
      • Do you sell my data? No. We do not sell your data, and we never will. This is a personal hobby project — if it ever becomes too expensive to run, we will simply shut it down rather than sell your information.
      • What if the person I'm sharing with has a different kind of phone? No problem! The shared list link opens in any web browser, so your friend can use it on an iPhone, Android, or computer — they don't need a KaiOS device.
      • Who can see my lists? Only you and anyone you choose to share the link with. The developers cannot read your list contents — all data is encrypted in the database.
